01 Overview
Audio Merger & Narrator ("the App") is developed and published by DYT Co., Ltd., a company incorporated in Japan.
The App does not collect any personal data whatsoever.
02 Data We Do Not Collect
The App does not collect, transmit, or share:
- Your name, email address, or any contact information
- Audio recordings or files you create or import
- Text you enter for Text-to-Speech conversion
- Device identifiers or IP addresses
- Usage analytics or crash reports
- Location data
No account or sign-in is required.
03 How the App Works
All processing — recording, importing, merging, and Text-to-Speech — happens entirely on your device using built-in iOS APIs. Your audio files are stored only in your device's local storage and are never uploaded to any server.
The App makes no network requests of any kind, except for the purchase flow described in Section 4.
04 In-App Purchases
PRO upgrades (Lifetime, Monthly, Yearly) are handled exclusively by Apple via StoreKit 2. We do not receive or store your payment information. Purchase receipts are validated on-device only.

05 Microphone Access
Microphone access is used solely for audio recording. Recordings are saved locally and never transmitted. You can revoke permission at any time in iOS Settings.
06 Third-Party Services
The App contains no third-party SDKs, analytics, advertising networks, or social integrations. There are no ads.
07 Children's Privacy
The App is rated 4+ and collects no data, presenting no privacy risk for users of any age.
08 Changes
If this policy changes, the effective date at the top of this page will be updated. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
